Winter Wedding in Borgo Egnazia: Christmas Love

Every story is a unique one. Every day, inimitable. And a wedding under a Christmas Tree is always a magical time for a winter wedding film.

We are near summer and this condition of forced reclusion makes me nostalgically remember an old wedding. I want to tell you about a Christmas wedding. One of the funniest and most engaging Christmas wedding film I’ve ever been in.

Christmas weddings are simply amazing. I think they have something different from the summer classics wedding: maybe the colors or the lights or that glittering atmosphere that makes everything a little fabulous.

Winter Wedding in Borgo Egnazia

December 21st. The day is fresh and a soft sun illuminates the white stone of Borgo Egnazia. It doesn’t feel like the height of winter. Michele and Roberta, after the religious ceremony in Conversano, are waiting for friends and relatives in the well-known resort of Savelletri, one of the most exclusive wedding locations in Italy.

Borgo Egnazia is one of the most coveted summer hangouts in Puglia for the international jet set. At Christmas it dresses up with an indescribable charm. Lines of lights and elegant decorations make this small artificial village so magical.

The perfect atmosphere to believe that all your dreams can come true. And Michele and Roberta’s dream has just begun. You can feel the Apulian tradition in the air, smells and music. You can see it in the hand-cut tuff stones, in the ancient beauty of the town, in the corners adorned with twisted olive trees.

The newlyweds have just arrived and are immediately captured by the wild rhythm of the Terraross. Popular music, a crazy choreography of red handkerchiefs, tambourines, castanets and tarantella.

For a few instant I had the impression that I had been catapulted in a real country festival with the typical illuminations of the Apulian celebrations and the irresistible smell of food around me.

Between trees and golden decorations, mistletoe and lights, the traditional wedding white mixed with Christmas red, creating the sublime magic of winter.

Shortly thereafter, Sala Quattro Torri was waiting for us for dinner, with a more delicate, romantic and sophisticated atmosphere.

After the cutting of the wedding cake, lots of beautiful music and excellent drinks to end a wonderful party until the morning.

Everything was organized perfectly, thanks to the precious and fantastic work of Giulia Molinari (a professional Wedding Planner).

No doubt about it. Puglia in every season of the year always gives spectacular scenery and locations to make every wedding unique and unforgettable. And even this time, even in winter, it was the perfect setting for my wedding video. Following you can find my winter wedding film.
