Wedding Videographer: to get married Apulia
Well, that’s probably not the best time to give advice on parties and weddings, I know. We can’t stop, we must take advantage of this forced pause to choose the things. I am sure that in a short time everything will return to normal and my Puglia will once again be the welcoming, happy and wonderful land that it has been until now. So, I want give some advices, despite this emergency from Covid-19, to those who want to get married in Puglia. It’s just time that I need to take you for a walk among some of the “masserie” of my region, a virtual tour of some of the most beautiful wedding locations in the world: I am a Apulian wedding videographer before being a citizen of the world.
When we talk about Puglia, we have to talk about the “masserie” that characterize its history and that in recent years have become luxury venue for international destination wedding. From old and abandoned country cottages, these old houses, isolated in the countryside, have taken a new life and have become the symbol of Puglia.
I have chosen for you five masserie, where to celebrate a wedding in Apulia among history and nature. Sure, there are many other beautiful ones, but I want to tell you about them, cause I connect them to some of my Apulian wedding videographer works that are very close to my heart.
Tenuta Pinto
Immersed among century-old olive trees close from the Adriatic Sea, Tenuta Pinto is an ancient 18th century farmhouse, embraced by a luxuriant natural landscape where you can breathe the air of Puglia. It’s ideal for those who, like Luca and Ramona, dream a “Country Chic” wedding.
A suggestive location that reveals all its beauty at night. Dancing and having fun under the stars will leave you speechless.
Here some of the moments: Walking together – Wedding in Puglia:
Masseria Don Luigi
On the coast of the Adriatic Sea, just a few kilometres from Valle d’Itria, among ancient “trulli”, Masseria Don Luigi is a masseria that stands on a hill. An elegant and exclusive place dominated by the white of the buildings and the green vegetation that frames the whole location.
An expanse of millenary olive trees, in a land of red color that smells and makes its landscape a succession of wonderful chromatic effects. The large garden contains huge tables: the atmosphere is made even more suggestive by piles of light bulbs among the olive trees that make everything more magical at night.
The top for those like Giusy and Marcello who want an “Apulian Rustic” wedding. Here is my job for them as Apulian wedding videographer:
Masseria Le Cerase
Masseria Le Cerase is a beautiful fortified farm in the heart of Puglia, in the countryside of Conversano. The courtyard and the fortified walls evoke the history of this region. Where once stood a noble stronghold against the pirates of the sea, today stands an elegant estate with five rooms, garden and swimming pool. Luxury and opulence dominate the spacious living and dining room. Ancient olive trees and wild cherry trees cover eighteen hectares of land and recall the typical colours and scents of the Apulian countryside. The white limestone walls of the farm, lit by the sun of Puglia and the colorful rows of purple vines and deep red prickly pears, are the perfect setting to spend a relaxing and fun pre or post wedding weekend with the friends. As did Nicole and Daniel, a South American couple who chose to celebrate their rehearsal dinner in this wedding location.
Here’s their Apulian Wedding Film:
Borgo Egnazia Wedding
Borgo Egnazia is the top for those who want a luxury wedding. It is one of the most famous resort in the world and favorite destination wedding in Apulia of several stars of Hollywood. Borgo Egnazia is a small village built from scratch, in the same way of the ancient villages and rural farms of Puglia, in the countryside of Savelletri, on the Adriatic coast.
In Borgo Egnazia you will find Puglia everywhere. In the hand-cut tuff stones of the farmhouses, in the ancient beauty of the village.
It’s ideal, also, for a winter wedding like that of Michele and Roberta who have chosen the magic of Christmas to for their dream of love.
Masseria Potenti
Masseria Potenti is a boutique hotel in a traditional fortified colonial house. In this location, the time stopped in the shade of prickly pears, ancient olive trees and dry stone walls. The white stone of Ostuni is warm and shiny, the air smells of orange and the silence of the wind carries the echo of the sea not far away from there. From the top of the Saracen tower, you can see it. Getting married here is really a life experience.
I know this place very well, even if I haven’t made a film in this location. I will do it next August, with a foreign married couple. I’m sure it will be beautiful and even more exciting than others. In this quarantine, in this enclosure, there’s something positive: we’re learning to enjoy for little things. We’re discovering the greatest wealth for a man: the freedom. When everything will be over, we will remember this moment as a bad, distant memory.
You got it, I’m sure. All will be fine!
