Vincenzo Florio has already been world champion in 2008 and multiple Italian champion in different categories, and currently holds the title of ‘Ambassador of Taste Doc Italy’ for the province of Bari. He also founded the International Pizza Academy – of which he is president – and teaches the art of preparation as a teacher at the Istituto Alberghiero Molfetta.
